Great selections, poor ordering process
I love their huge selections, I love their prices, and the people you chat with are great. The only thing that I am really upset with is ordering process. I have placed 2 orders that I could not pay for. I then ordered again and finally got it to go thru. The chat dept. tried and tried to help me, but no luck. If they will accept my payment again, I will definitely be a regular customer.
