my 3rd order.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered retin a from this company. The first 2 times were fine, no issues. ( it does take a couple weeks but they tell you that when u order ) This time, the product seemed different, very grainy texture and the tube was definitely not full. Seemed to have a large air pocket inside. Returning anything seems like a hassle. I emailed them and received a response that the next time I order they will replace it. Not sure that’s the best option but since the prices are so cheap I won’t complain.

Whoever helped me was amazing

Whoever helped me was amazing. Products was awesome. Only thing I would say needs work on is the packaging. It wasn’t very secure. Not much bubble wrap inside. Other then that, amazing service , amazing prices!

Overall I recommend this site

I am so glad I found this site! I has helped me so much! Decent prices and fast shipping! Only downside would be payment as I would prefer something like PayPal. I was a bit sketchy as I don’t like giving my card details to such websites. But great that they call you after every order is placed to ensure you ordered it and regular emails regarding order status. Would recommend. So far haven’t encountered any major issues.
