my 3rd order.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered retin a from this company. The first 2 times were fine, no issues. ( it does take a couple weeks but they tell you that when u order ) This time, the product seemed different, very grainy texture and the tube was definitely not full. Seemed to have a large air pocket inside. Returning anything seems like a hassle. I emailed them and received a response that the next time I order they will replace it. Not sure that’s the best option but since the prices are so cheap I won’t complain.
