Real products and efficient delivery

Except for the assistant who didn't warn me that their emails can go to the junk mail and not show in my inbox, there is nothing I can complain about. Once my payment went through (bank transfer as I don't live in the USA) the order was shipped the next day and arrived at my P.O.Box within 10 days. All products are sealed, clear expiry date, securely packed. Highly recommended.

I judge a company not by whether or not something goes wrong, but how they react when something does. I had one shipment that never made it to me and they replaced it with no hassles. They have excellent customer service.
