After using reliableRx multiple times, I can say dealing with them is how an international internet business should be. Easy to use website. Immediate customer feedback. Polite, intelligent and articulate representatives. When a package went missing, they sent another no charge. I also appreciate how they call me personally to verify my order and billing. They are always my first choice.

Never had a problem ordering from site

Never had a problem ordering from site. Order takes awhile to arrive, 3-4 weeks typically. But thats not unusual when ordering from overseas. I've order at least 6 times now during last 2 years, and never once had an issue.

They seem to be the real deal

They seem to be the real deal. Very helpful, and appear to be knowledgeable of their products and ordering system. Strong accents are a challenge at times. Order status emails are welcomed. Will use again. Order early, shipping takes about three weeks.
