Stalled status of shipment

It’s been 10 days since I’ve placed my order. Didn’t receive a tracking number until I called and asked for one and that was on a Saturday and the rep I spoke with was able to provide me with one and said my package would be delivered the end of the following week. Since then my package has remained in the same status: “Origin post is preparing shipment. Processed through facility Singapore S?5 Singapore” Has anyone else seen their shipment stuck saying this only to see a sudden change in its status? I’m trying to be patient but the reviews I read of ReliableRx says their shipping is relatively quick...just wondering what the deal is with mine.

I received my order of retin-a within 2 weeks of ordering. Very pleased with my experience of ordering with ReliableRxPharmacy. The only issue that I have is that the 3 tubes of retin-a that I ordered expire in April, 2019...….I hope that I can use them all up before they expire. I would like to receive products with more shelf life.

I ordered several times and nothing but…

I ordered several times and nothing but great products. Shipping is good it does take time from coming from one country to another people need to understand that. They are doing a service for us and people still complain. I love doing Buss. with them. The only thing I don't understand is on there site there a spot if there is something you don't see that you need and I fill it out and I don't get a responds. There is one and they carry the company are ready LG Life Siecince. The product is HGH other Pharmacy carry it but I want to stick with this pharmacy that I know I can trust. Maybe someone can help.
