Writing this review so people know what to expect - this place ROCKS! Placed my order online Oct 20., used a credit card but it was processed as a bank draft (took a couple days longer), but I'm still happy! Received timely emails along the way as to when my order was being processed, when it was being filled, when it shipped w/tracking #. Ordered Tretinoin, birth control pills and Hydroquinone. Tracking showed my pkg in Chicago for a very long time so I reached out and got a REAL human to help me. They insisted on sending me a replacement order but I declined and said let's give it a few more days. This is coming from halfway around the world ya know? The postal carrier was at my door the next morning to get my signature for my pkg! Everything was pkgd. very well! The only thing crappy that happened is when I opened the skin creme, the tube split all the way up the side. I am getting ready to place another order because these people have MY business! The savings on their products is HUGE and these are legitimate items!
