The order process was a bit tedious…
The order process was a bit tedious using my prepaid credit card. I had to send a of my drivers license which I wasn't 100% comfortable with. Once I got the link to pay things moved quickly. I had my order in a timely manner. Phone customer service folks were great. Chat online not so much. He told me I could send a utility bill instead of my drivers license. It cost me about a week of waiting because it turned out it wasn't acceptable. Customer service should all be on the same page.
