I have just put in a testimonial regarding how impressed I am with this company and its staff not forgetting the products for sale ! However I feel I must give a shout out for an assistant named Paul. The manners and patience of this man is unbelievable !!. Especially when I am not very good at ordering and payment at the best of times. He really can't give enough advice and instruction.... nothing seems to irrelevant to ask him. In this world where everything needs to be done so fast where you can be made to feel rushed and possibly incompetent, this kind attitude is a fantastic attribute in a person. I have ordered from this company about 4 times now. I can honestly say that I have had fantastic service every time. The staff are so polite and extremely helpful and it doesn't matter how much you need to enquire or how long it takes they are willing to patiently work with you . I wish we had this level of customer service here in England !! The products are also first class and at a very competitive price. I will always return to this company for the items I need as I know I will be able to trust them completely. :D
