Jumping Through too Many Hoops!

You make the customer jump through too many hoops before they can order anything! There must be a better way! I was informed from now on I don't have go through sending an expired passport of driver's license whenever I order another product. Took way too long for the product to arrive!

Overall a positive experience

Most of the products I have purchased have been of good quality, only a few didn't meet my expectations. Most of my orders have been correctly processed and shipped in a timely manner except for one, which customer service promptly corrected. Prices are comparable and sometimes better than other international online pharmacies. Overall I have had a good experience with ReliableRx and will continue to give them my business.

sucky way of paying

I’ve ordered from here many times. I like that I can find what I want. Everything is great except one very big issue. It is so flipping hard to pay for your stuff. Get an email, try to use the link, except it doesn’t work majority of the time. A lot of people used their phones. I was at a spot where I didn’t have a computer and could not get to one for awhile. I only feel comfortable with the credit card option as I had a friend who used their bank and the money was pulled but no product sent “they didn’t get the money” Please find an easier way to pay. PayPal is great but find a way to get to it on the site when you checkout.

Payment option is too complicated

The ordering process through the website was unpleasant. The website is not customer friendly especially for payment option. Too complicated. But the customer assistants, products and delivery are very good. So I give the experience 3 stars...until the payment option on the website is improved to be user friendly, I would give it 5 star.
