I paid immediately by wire transfer, I emailed the receipt to the wire transfer to them and for two weeks the account kept saying payment was still being waited for. I went on their Chat repeatedly for weeks telling them this and I was told it takes time for the payment to go through the bank. First 3-5 days, then 5-8 Days, then I was told 8-12 days. My wife and I gave up communicating, it was ridiculous hearing the excuses for the delay. We guessed they were out of stock and instead of telling us, made up excuses instead while they wait for restock. A week after giving up communication an email said Dispensing. It was several more days for despatch, then two weeks for the delivery to arrive. We know now that we have to order 2 months in advance to get something because who knows how long it will take.
