Much better in recent years, but their website is still triggering malware warnings, which is far from comforting. Their service is generally good, with tickets being answered promptly. Their selection is generally good, but many favorites tend to rotate out of stock and availability rapidly. God forbid you ever have a shipping problem, you will be aggravated trying to track the shipment.

Jumping Through too Many Hoops!

You make the customer jump through too many hoops before they can order anything! There must be a better way! I was informed from now on I don't have go through sending an expired passport of driver's license whenever I order another product. Took way too long for the product to arrive!

Overall a positive experience

Most of the products I have purchased have been of good quality, only a few didn't meet my expectations. Most of my orders have been correctly processed and shipped in a timely manner except for one, which customer service promptly corrected. Prices are comparable and sometimes better than other international online pharmacies. Overall I have had a good experience with ReliableRx and will continue to give them my business.
