This is probably the first-time that my products were not shipped in 2-3 days. It took 1 week after payment for them to be shipped. Their customer service seemed friendly and were aware of my concern. The products shipped today and i hope they will arrive in about 2 weeks. I still gave them 5 stars because they were trying.

I have been using reliable rx for about 10yrs now. When my insurance will not cover certain things i order from you all and the prices are great. The customer service is fast and also as great. The communications is much better by email because my Appalachian accent is so thick. Never had any issues what so ever........ i highly recommend this pharmaceutical company.
