This is probably the first-time that my products were not shipped in 2-3 days. It took 1 week after payment for them to be shipped. Their customer service seemed friendly and were aware of my concern. The products shipped today and i hope they will arrive in about 2 weeks. I still gave them 5 stars because they were trying.

The communications is much better by email because my Appalachian accent is so thick. Never had any issues what so ever........ i highly recommend this pharmaceutical company.
