Wonderful Service, Prompt Delivery
I am very satisfied with my orders and how well customer service attended to my questions and concerns. Always prompt and polite most importantly thorough with clear details. Being hesitant at first, I always had constant access in reaching help whether by email or phone. Reading reviews were extremely important and even then the young gentleman on the phone explained a lot about the ordering process and payment procedures.
Which in the end reassured me that most complaints were handled by customer service and the customers were not reconciling their problems. With the attention I received when I questioned or reached out when ready to make payment, I realized that since I had always gotten help when needed then my orders would most likely receive the same care and attention.
With every order, I had constant access to my account and tracking. I was always notified about shipping activity and when it was delivered.
Please be advised however that I found a lot of my order detail emails in the spam! Even when I labeled them important and filtered them to a tab, gaggle put them in spam. Though I logged into my account anyway and got the same information there.
Great wonderful service, stellar communication and all packages have been packed well and delivered safely.
