Siromus is available in tablet form consisting of 1 mg strength. Each 2 mg coated tablet contains the active ingredient Sirolimus, which displays a novel mechanism of immunosuppressive action. Siromus 1 mg is a medicine used to prevent the body from rejecting a newly transplanted kidney. It is an appropriate treatment for adults who are at a low to moderate risk of rejection. Doctors may recommend Sirolimus with other drugs used to prevent organ rejection. You may get Sirolimus with ciclosporin and corticosteroids for two to three months.
