The early signs of the Alzheimer&#8217;s include forgetting of recent events and\nthe disease slowly lead to severe memory impairment and lose the ability to\ncarry out everyday tasks. No treatment cures Alzheimer\u2019s or alters the\nprogression of disease in the brain. But there are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reliablerxpharmacy.com\/alzheimers.html\">medicines for Alzheimer&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong>\nto help stop the disease progression and restore brain function. People with\nadvanced stage Alzheimer&#8217;s experience complications from severe loss of brain\nfunction- such as dehydration, malnutrition or infection- result in death.\nEvery individual with Alzheimer\u2019s experience the disease differently, but\npeople tend to experience a similar disease pattern from the beginning of the\nillness to its end. Some experts suggest a simple three-phase model (early,\nmoderate and end period), while others have found a granular breakdown to be a\nmore useful aid to understanding the progression of the illness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stages of Alzheimer\u2019s disease-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 1-<\/strong> it\u2019s the stage where this disease is\nnot detectable, and no memory problems or the other <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reliablerxpharmacy.com\/blog\/find-early-signs-alzheimers-disease\/\">signs\nof Alzheimer&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong> are evident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 2- Very mild impairment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The elders may notice memory issues\nthat are minor or lose things around the house. The patient will be still good\non memory tests and loved ones or physicians will not detect the disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 3- Mild Decline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this stage, the family and friends\nof the elders may notice the memory degeneration. Performance on memory tests\nwill degrade, and physicians will be able to detect cognitive function\nimpairment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patient in stage 3 will have problems\nin many ways, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Finding\nthe right word during conversations<\/li><li>Organizing\nand planning<\/li><li>Remembering\nnames of few family and friends<\/li><li>Forgetting\nmaterial that one has just read<\/li><li><strong>Losing or misplacing objects<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 4- Moderate Decline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this stage of Alzheimer\u2019s disease,\nclear-cut signs of the Alzheimer&#8217;s\nare apparent. Alzheimer&#8217;s\npatient in stage five of the disease may experience the following <strong>symptoms\nof Alzheimer&#8217;s<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Difficulty\ndressing appropriately<\/li><li>Difficulty\nrecalling even your phone number<\/li><li>Significant\nconfusion<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During this stage, people in stage five\nmaintain functionality, and they can do daily activities by themselves. They\ntypically can still bathe and toiled independently. They still know their\nfamily members and some details about their personal histories, especially\ntheir childhood and youth. This is the longest stage of the disease and can\nlast for many years. As the disease progress, the person with Alzheimer\u2019s\ndisease will require a greater level of care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 6- Severe decline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People with this stage of Alzheimer\u2019s need constant supervision and frequently professional help and care. They need to be adequately examined, and the symptoms of Alzheimer\u2019swhich appear during this stage are as follows-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Confusion or unawareness of environment and surroundings<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Inability to recognize familiar faces except for the closest friends and family<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Inability to memorize details of personal history<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Loss of bladder and bowel control<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Significant personality changes and potential behavior problems<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The need for assistance with simple activities such as toileting and bathing <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Forgetting address and wandering<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 7- a Very severe decline<\/strong>\n\nThis is referred to as the final stage of\nAlzheimer\u2019s disease. This disease is a terminal illness, people in stage seven\nare nearing death, and during this stage, people lose the ability to\ncommunicate or respond to their environment. They are only able to utter some\nwords and phrases; they have no insight into their condition and need help with\nall activities of daily living. In this stage of Alzheimer\u2019s, people may lose\ntheir ability to swallow. People at this stage become prone to infections,\nespecially pneumonia, and they experience changes in physical abilities.
